ShockOne

Coming from a traditionally trained musical background Shockone bring a unique sound to the drum and bass music scene, discovering the sound through artists like Bad Company, Konflict and Ed Rush & Optical.
It was when ShockOne's tune 'Silverscreen' dropped at a pendulum return show that things started to really move. Having torn the roof off it wasn't long before Dj Friction had picked it up for his own imprint Shogun audio, backed up with Dropping science this was a debut release that made the world take notice, gaining support from Friction, Andy C and Hype to name a few. Followed by this release was 'It’s On' which featured the musical side of the Duo utilizing live guitars resulting in an energetic party anthem that proved Shockone were more than reeces and amens.
On the DJ front Shockones sets have built a reputation for consistently causing uncontrollable body movement, flailing limbs and general frenzied behaviour among crowds. Having played along side the likes of Andy C, Dj Fresh, Pendulum, Dj Friction to name a few, Shockone has proven to be a force to be reckoned with, not only in the studio, but also on stage, always retaining a strong musical element in sets while still keeping the energy at maximum level.

'B TRAITS PODCAST

‘B Traits began making a name for herself in Vancouver, Canada in 2004 through her frequent dancefloor assaults on unsuspecting clubs across the Pacific Northwest. By the age of 21 she had already played alongside DnB’s finest from North America and across Europe and, after teaming up with MC Kay to form Ladies Take Control (LTC), began to perform as part of DJ SS’ legendary Formation crew. 2006 and 2007 saw the duo embark on Formation’s World Of Drum & Bass tour and more recently B Traits has caught the eye of Shy FX and his Digital Soundboy camp, becoming the first official Digital Sound girl.
